1. Leave any custom information (if applicable) in the 'note to seller' type box, or custom field (if available). In case you forget to leave custom info while placing your order, you can also email us.
2. After we receive your completed custom info (if applicable), will we then create a digital mock-up. You will need to review and approve prior to production.
3. Once we receive your approval, we will begin production.

We want you to ensure that you love your ornament! We will use our graphic design expertise and work with your suggestions to create your design. Digital proofs will be sent to you via email - please keep an eye out to avoid any delays. We will NOT begin production until you approve proofs. We will provide free revisions until you are completely satisfied with your design.

--- SHIPPING & TURNAROUND TIME ---

Your ornament will prettily packaged in a muslin bag for easy gift giving. All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service. If you are local and would like to pick up in Georgetown or Liberty Hill, please enter "LOCAL" at checkout.

Current lead time is 5 to 7 business days.
